Refreshing Oil Free Fruit Salad: A Burst of Summer in Every Bite

INGREDIENTS:

Orange 1/2 Pc.
Banana 1/2 Pc.
Apple 1/2 Pc.
Cherries 2-3 Pc.
Pineapple 1 Slice
Grapes 2-3 Pc.


For dressing

Pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Sugar 3 Tablespoon

 

METHOD:

1. Peel the oranges, remove the pits & cut the segments.
2. Cut the banana & apple into small pieces.
3. Mix all the fruits in a serving bowl along with all the chill juices.  
4. Separately tie the yogurt in a clean muslin cloth. Let the whey water drain out completely.
5. To the thicken yogurt add sugar & beat till you obtain a smooth creamy paste.
6. Add this to the fruits & garnish with chopped grapes & cherries.
7. Serve Chilled Fruit Salad.
