| Cumin powder (roasted) | ¼ teaspoon |
| Chaat masala | ¼ teaspoon |
| Black salt | a pinch |
| Salt | to taste |
| Water | 1 tablespoon |
METHOD:

Prepare the Sprouted Dal: If using store-bought sprouts, rinse them thoroughly under cold water and drain. To sprout at home, soak ¼ cup moong dal in water overnight, drain, and let sit in a covered container for 1-2 days until small sprouts appear, rinsing once daily. Steam the sprouts lightly for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly, then cool.

Chop the Veggies: Finely chop the cucumber, tomato, red bell pepper, onion, coriander leaves, and green chili. Combine them in a medium bowl with the cooled sprouted dal.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and a pinch of regular salt. Add a tablespoon of water to thin it out, if desired. Stir well to combine.
