5 Minute Oil Free Apple Chutney Recipe: A Sweet & Spicy Delight for Your Table

INGREDIENTS:

Apple 1 large
Mustard seeds ¼ tablespoon
Fenugreek seeds a pinch
Turmeric powder a pinch
Chilli powder ½ tablespoon
Asafoetida (Hing) a pinch
Sugar 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste


METHOD:

1. In a saucepan dry roast the mustard seeds.
2. When they splutter, add fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder & asafoetida. Immediately put the apples with a little water, if required.
3. Stir & mix thoroughly.
4. Add chilli powder, salt & sugar. Stir & cook till the apples start to soften.
5. Allow the chutney to cool & store in a dry airtight jar.
