Hello friend’s, welcome to my blog. Today I am going to share with you Oil Free Samosa Recipe as a Snack food. I hope you will enjoy this historical snack food. So let’s start the recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
For Dough
| Wheat Flour | 1 Cup |
| Salt | To taste |
For Filling
| Cabbage (shredded) | 2 Cups |
| Onions | 2 Cups (finely chopped) |
| Green Chilies & Ginger Paste | 1 Tablespoon |
| Lemon Juice | 1 Lemon |
| Coriander Leaves | 1 Tablespoon |
| Salt | To taste |
METHOD:
Dough
1. Mix the wheat flour & salt and squeeze with enough water to make a soft dough.
2. Roll out this chapatis.
3. Roast the chapatis on one side till done.
To Fill
1. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on cabbage & keep for 10 minutes.
2. Squeeze out extra water.
3. Mix rest of the ingredients to the cabbage.
4. Cut each chapati into 2 halves.
5. Make a cone of each half & fill in the ingredients.
6. Close each cone & use a toothpick to hold the folds together.
7. Put it in the oven & bake it well on both sides.
8. Serve Hot Samosas with green or tomato chutney.
