Lean deli turkey (sliced) 3 (85 g)
Lettuce leaf (small) 1
Tomato slices 2
Cucumber slices 2-3
Onion slices 1
Hummus 1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Basil leaves (fresh) a few


METHOD:

  1. Toast the Bread (Optional): For extra crunch, lightly toast your bread slices in a toaster or oven at 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes. If you prefer soft bread, skip this step.

  2. Prep the Veggies: Wash and slice the tomato, cucumber, and onion into thin rounds. Tear the lettuce leaf to fit your bread.

  3. Spread the Flavor: On one slice of bread, spread the hummus evenly. On the other slice, spread the Dijon mustard. Sprinkle black pepper and optional oregano or basil over the hummus for a flavor boost.
