| Spinach | ½ cup (chopped) |

| Green chilli | ½ |
| Salt | ½ tablespoon |
| Red chilli powder | ¼ tablespoon |
| Roasted cumin seeds | ¼ tablespoon |
METHOD:
1. Beat the curd well and make it of a pouring consistency by adding a little water, if required.
2. Wash and cook spinach on slow fire till tender and grind.
3. Grate carrot. Mix the ground spinach and carrot to the curd along with chopped green chilli and salt. Put in a bowl.
4. Sprinkle red chilli powder and cumin seeds powder and serve Creamy Carrot Spinach Raita.
