Crispy & Healthy Oil Free Aloo Ki Bhaji Recipe: A Flavor-Packed Indian Delight

INGREDIENTS:

Potatoes 5
Mustard seeds ½ tablespoon
Red chillies 3 pieces
Fenugreek seeds a pinch
Onions 2 (sliced)
Green chillies 2
Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste


METHOD:

1. Boil the potatoes with their jackets & cool thoroughly.
2. In a saucepan dry roast the mustard seeds. When they splutter, add red chillies & fenugreek seeds, immediately followed by onions & green chillies.
3. Saute for 10 minutes or till onions turn golden brown.
4. Add turmeric powder, potatoes & salt.
5. Stir gently until potatoes are heated. Sprinkle little water, if required.
6. Remove from heat & garnish with coriander leaves & serve Hot Aloo Ki Bhaji.
