METHOD:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and squeeze with enough water to make a little hard dough.
2. Roll out thin puris and prick each with a fork.
3. Keep these puris in the baking tray greased with a tablespoon of curd.
4. Heat the oven to 200°C and roast these puris for 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot baked puri with green or tomato chutney.
