INGREDIENTS:
| Apples | 3-4 Pc. |
| Sugar | 5 tablespoon |
| Strawberry jam | 2 tablespoon |
| Egg white | 3-4 pc. |
| Powdered sugar | 2 tablespoon |
| Glace cherries | 2 tablespoon |
METHOD:
1. Peel the apple and scoop out the cores to make them hollow.
2. Dissolve granulated sugar in water and gently stew apples.
3. Drain apples and arrange in a baking dish greased with a little curd.
4. Fill the cavity of apples with jam.
5. Whisk egg whites stiff. Fold in half the powered sugar and continue to whisk till really stiff. Fold in remaining sugar.
6. Pour this mixture over the apples.
7. Bake at 300°F till lightly brown at the tips.
8. Decorate with glaced cherries and serve the Apple Snowballs.
